Happy New Year

Well another year is over and didn't it go fast. I can't believe it's 2013 already. I have 3 at High School this year gr 8, 10 and my oldest is gr 12, and don't forget my baby who starts gr 1 this year.
So I'm really glad to see the end of 2012. It's had it's ups and downs, but 2013 is going to be so much better for my little family, I can feel it :).

 

Anyway I got the best present for Christmas I can't believe I finally have my very own Cricut Expressions 2, I'm so excited. I've only been playing around with it so far just to get the hang of it, cut a few little things out for my youngest daughter to put together.

 

 



So I've made my New Year's resolution list hoping I stick to it. My hubby and I have started our healthy eating, I was doing it before Christmas but back into it now. I only put on 1 kilo over Christmas so that's pretty good.

Anyway I'm back into my scrapping haven't done any since the beginning of December, so I will be back later with a page. Catch you later.

Christmas Cooking

Hi all how was your weekend. My girls and I did some Christmas cooking, it was good weather for it raining outside yet again. But today looks like its going to be a beautiful day. We made Christmas cookies, Mini Christmas puddings, Gingerbread men, and Choc-mint trees. I have so much more I want to make.

Choc-Mint Trees I also made a journal cover for an art book. First time I made one too, it turned out good. I might make more for Christmas gifts. Will have to put picture of it up next time, anyway better go before kids wake up, I like waking up early it gives me abit of me time. Catch you later. Julie xx
