Sunday Outting

Back again. Yesterday we went for a drive didn't know where we were going just started driving. First we went to Picnic Point Toowoomba. It's the first time we have been there and the view is so beautiful.
Then we decided to go down the range and head towards Brisbane. We ended up turning at the Wivenhoe Dam turn off and headed that way never been there before either. The girls even had a swim to cool off.
We had a good day. Catch you later.

New Year's Resolution List

I've decide this year that I'm going to stick to my New Year's Resolution List. I've sort of divided it into two sections. The first being essential: Look after myself more, I always put my kids first and don’t we all, so as this year I will have all my kids at school I will be able to have some me time. Next is to lose a few kilos and become more fit, when we first moved down here last year the cold weather made me a bit less active LOL (to much comfort food to keep me warm I think.) Now the second section is more of what I want to do. So they aren’t as important as the first section but still important if that makes sense. I want to sew more and make my first quilt. Scrap more also of course and learn to use my camera manually. I love taking photos but want to use the entire features on my camera. Well let’s hope now I have written this on my blog I will stick to it. Catch you later have a great day.

Christmas 2011

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, well the Merry Christmas is a little late lol due to me becoming sick just after Christmas and am only just getting better now. I have so much to catch up on but first Christmas. Santa photo, the older kids didn't want to sit with Santa lol. He was a lovely Santa, when Santa saw that Maddison was all dressed in Christmas clothes he was so happy and excited it was so cute. I made her outfit last Christmas and she didn't wear it much but this year she almost lived in it.
It's not everyday I can get a photo of all my kids together, my son doesn't really like mum putting the camera in his face but when I asked him if I could get a photo of all of you kids for Grandma's Christmas present he said ok it took a few shoots but. Now we just need an updated family shot.
My family came down for Christmas so we had alot of presents under the tree and our lounge room Christmas morning was very busy.
Just a couple photos of Christmas eve.
I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and have a great start to the New Year. Catch you later.

Catch up.

Hi, well everything went well yesterday with my hubby's surgery. He was in a little long then I expected, I hated waiting it was the longest 4 hours of my life. I decided to stay in town as it was raining and dark out and didn't want to take the chance of driving home that late.
Any way the other day I took some photos of some flowers I picked out of my garden they are so pretty.
I also started making some yo yo flowers for a headband I'm making for my youngest Maddy, this is the first time I have made them.
Better go and have tea, catch you later.
