Working in my Vegy garden

Hi again, Yesterday afternoon I did some work in my vegy garden, transplanting seedling, weeding and watering. Its starting to look pretty good our corn is growning really well. Everything seems to double in size overnight. We've got growning Corn, Lettuce, Roma Tomatoes, Red cabbage, Cabbage, Broccoli and Green beans. I need to dig up more ground to plant anything else lol.

I've got so much I want to do today I really should make a list lol. Catch you later.

Life on the farm

Well today started out very interesting. One of the water pipes that goes down to the shed sprung a leak a big one at that, and we had not very much water pressure in the house so we kinda fixed that only what we could by hand, now no water is going down to the chemical shed to fill the spray rig up, but that's alright because we've had rain so they can't get on the ground anyway.

Catch Up!

Hi all, how was every ones weekend. Saturday wasn't really pretty raining most of the day, but Sunday was beautiful we even got outside and did some yard work, started cleaning up the gardens, mowing where needed as the grass isn't growing much. At the moment I have all my girls home sick, yesterday it was my son and I had to go pick up my oldest girl from school, I hate when they get sick, as long as I don't get sick touch wood lol then they won't have anyone to take care of them. They hardly ever get sick but when the do they do.



Maddy my youngest got a chance to ride her quad around on Sunday for a little bit she really enjoys it.



Our kittens are really growing fast they are at the age where they do the most funnest things they are so crazy and cute.

Well things to do hoping to get some more scrapbooking done today and I really want to do some sewing, will see how the day goes. Will be back later with my creations lol. Catch ya later.

It's Freezing.

Hi all, It's been so cold here had frost the last couple of days, there was icicles on the tank stand, me being from North Queensland it will take awhile to get use to LOL.

Also have been doing some crocheting haven't done any for awhile. I'm making a Blanket for my youngest, It was going to be a granny square blanket but I think I will continue to keep going around until its big enough.

Only one more day left and the kids go back to school, I think they are really looking forward to it. We didn't get to do anything apart from going into Toowoomba the first week before we moved, so I'm planning on going camping in the September Holidays for sure.

Its been awhile.

Hi all, I've been really busy with alot going on, firstly we have moved again hubby has another job and because the house comes with the job we had to move, but not that far away so kids will still go to the same schools and catch the same bus. He wasn't happy with his last job but you don't find out these things until you start working for them. Our dream is to have our own farm one day. Anyway only a couple of days of school holidays left poor kids haven't done much with them due to moving didn't do much last holidays either as we moved down this way. I was a bit disappointed because I started my vegy garden at the old place and they look so good too but they are still small enough to transplant just hope the frost doesn't get them they are winter vegys but. We also have to make a chicken coop for our chickens which are currently in a temporary spot at the end of our car shed. Well better get cracking things to do catch ya later.
